Texting terms

The Completion texting program provides conversational AI assistance to signed-up Completion users. It includes answers, questions needed to carry out your requests, and requested task updates. It does not enroll you in promotional texts.

In Account settings, open Texting and choose Connect your phone. Send the private connection message shown there from your own phone to +1 (502) 490-1123. Message frequency varies with your conversations and requests. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texting is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to +1 (502) 490-1123 to opt out. Reply START to resume texts after opting out; your phone must still be connected to an eligible Completion account and organization. You can also turn texting off in Account settings.

Reply HELP for help, or email contact@withcompletion.com. Text delivery depends on your carrier and may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms cover the shared Completion texting number. Calls or messages using an agent's own number are separate from this texting program. Your use of this program is covered by the privacy policy.
