Texting privacy policy

Completion is operated by Rivendell Labs, LLC. This policy covers your connection to the shared Completion texting number and your text conversations with Completion agents.

We use your phone number, account connection, and selected organization to verify your phone, deliver messages, and route your requests to your agents. We store the connection and conversation records needed to provide this service. Text conversations are part of your Completion workspace and are subject to its access permissions.

Your mobile information and texting consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotion, lead generation, or third-party analytics.

We use service providers, including phone carriers, messaging, hosting, and AI providers, to deliver and process your requests. They receive the information needed to provide those services. When you ask an agent to contact a person or business, it may share information needed to carry out that request.

Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. You can also turn texting off in Account settings. Turning texting off does not delete your existing conversations. Contact contact@withcompletion.com for privacy questions or requests about your information.
